Delegates cancelling prior to February 12th, 2013 receive a full refund less a $20.00 administrative fee. Requests must be submitted in writing via email by February 12, 2013 to wisdomexchange@ontario.ca. Delegates cancelling after this date forfeit their registration fee, although substitutions may be made upon approval of the Ministry of Economic Development and Innovation. All refunds will be forwarded after the conference.
